Hickory

This is one of the toughest of the hardwoods and is renowned for its strength and durability.  Hickory is commonly used in furniture such as chairs, tables and cabinets.  The wood is heavy and hard to work which can make it more expensive than other wooden TV stands.  The wood has a straight grain and the colour varies from brown to deep reddish brown.

Well its another new year here at TV stands UK and once again we are not resting on our laurels as we are proud to announce the newest range of products from one of the leading UK manufacturers of high quality AV Furniture, including TV Cabinets, HiFi racks and Audio Visual Furniture. The people behind BLOK have been manufacturing furniture for over 25 years and have combined this expertise with their UK Factory to provide efficient and affordable designer TV Furniture.



We initially kicked off with this range in the latter part of December of 2010 with a range of three products from The Blok Stax range, the Stax 300 Series, 400 Series and 500 Series and have now added to this their range of Blok Classix TV Cabinets in the shape of the Classix 1000 Series, 2000 Series and 3000 Series. This week has seen another busy week for us here at TV Stands UK with the addition of another 26 products to our ever expanding range of TV Stands. The range consists of both glass and wooden tv stands from the leading manufacturer Jual Furnishings and includes their stylish and very modern looking curve range of wooden tv stands.


These beautifully designed stands use a real wood curved support that is sumptuously finished in a walnut or oak veneer with toughened safety glass shelves to provide three rather unique looking and stylish designs. Available for TV’s from 37 to 50 inch they will most certainly bring an air of elegance to any living room. each model is available in 850mm and 1100mm wide models and all come with a very nicely designed and integrated cable management system included in the rear support columns meaning that all of those unsightly cables and nicely and tidily hidden away from view.
